4.1 Organization / 4.1.5 (a) Management and Technical Personnel
A commitment by the lab the lab to have managerial and technical personnel in place who have the authority and resources needed to carry out their duties, including implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the management system.
Personnel must identify the occurence of departures from the management system or from the procedures for performing tests and/or calibrations, and to initiate actions to prevent or minimize such departures.
