4.1 Organization / 4.1.5 (e) Org Chart

The laboratory structure must be defined. Also, relationships between management, technical operations, support services, and the quality management system must be shown. Possibly through an org chart.

Interpretation: a simple box and line chart showing reporting relationship. Easily prepared in Powerpoint.

Note - the technical assessor requires that the Quality Manager not report to the Technical Manager.
